The Delux Cares Young Entrepreneur Program is a workforce and business-development initiative designed to equip emerging adults with the skills, confidence, and resources needed to launch and sustain successful ventures.
Created by Delux Cares founders Carri-Lauren and Keith Griffin II, the program blends real-world entrepreneurial experience with hands-on training in digital literacy, financial education, business development, branding, and pitch preparation. Participants gain practical tools, mentorship, and exposure to career and ownership pathways that support long-term economic mobility.
The program is delivered in partnership with the St. Louis City Treasurer’s Office, ConnectSTL, and the St. Louis Development Corporation, aligning public, nonprofit, and community resources to create access and opportunity for young entrepreneurs across the City of St. Louis.
Through structured coursework, mentorship, and a culminating pitch experience, participants leave the program with increased financial literacy, professional readiness, and a clearer pathway to entrepreneurship or career advancement.
The Delux Cares Young Entrepreneur Program reflects Delux Cares’ commitment to building economic equity, fostering leadership, and investing in the next generation of innovators and business owners.
